Vocational Training is one of the most urgently needed service poor rural communities cry for inundated by masses of their Youth who through poor education accompanied by high rates (above 80%) of dropping out of school without any skills for earning a living automatically become unemployed & unemployable. Left with no opportunities for life, and becoming idle and disorderly, the only choice to support life becomes the way of crime which has landed many of them into jail constituting 90% of inmates. Girls are forced into early marriages. The local government too expresses this as a critical need in the light of its own limited budget hence inability to provide. There are only two other Institutions in the district both very limited in scope and courses offered.

FADO-T offers a number of Courses at different levels including Certificate and Craft Levels for those with qualifications, as well as short tailor-made courses for those with no entry qualifications.

The current problem is lack of Tools, Equipment and Instructional Materials.
